Property Checks are all we do!

PROPERTY CHEXPERTS produces a comprehensive 25 point Property Condition Report for every home we check. Our thorough Property Checks require our experienced staff to:
  • Check the front and back yards for maintenance issues including hose spigots for leaks
  • Check exterior home condition for weeds, waste or other debris
  • Check roof and gutter condition from ground level 
  • Check exterior doors and locks functioning
  • Check interior flooring, drywall and paint condition 
  • Check under and around sinks, faucets, showers and toilets for evidence of leaks 
  • Check dishwasher, washing machine and hot water heater for evidence of leaks
  • Check interior of property for maintenance issues  
  • Check for evidence of pets or any pet damage
  • Check for pervasive odors such as pets or smoke
  • Check all smoke detectors​
  • Check all interior air filters and grills
  • Report any areas in need of priority maintenance
  • Report the overall condition of the property
​We will schedule the Property Check appointment with your tenant, complete the Property Check, and deliver your Property Condition Report with about 50 to 100 photographs for each property.
